Refunds

We work hard to ensure that all products are made with high-quality materials and delivered accurately and on time. Your purchase is protected by our Return and Exchange Policy, which applies for 30 days from the purchase date.

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The print quality is poor
  • The product you received is materially different from the item shown on the product page

Replacements and Exchanges

We generally do not offer refunds for incorrect selections such as choosing the wrong size, design, or color.

However, we may still assist with a replacement order. In this case, customers may be responsible for the shipping fee and a small handling fee (which may vary depending on the item type, such as hoodies or sweatshirts).

If the product you receive has the wrong size, incorrect design, or does not match your order, or if the size chart on our website is inaccurate, we will gladly provide either a refund or a free replacement.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Note: Slight variations may occur between advertised images and the actual product. Please allow up to 20% difference in color or appearance due to lighting conditions during photography or differences in screen displays.

In most cases, if there is a problem with the product, we will reship the item at our expense. Such situations are rare, but we want you to feel confident shopping with us.


Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

Because we process and ship orders daily, once an order has been shipped we are unable to modify or cancel it. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives and then return it before we can process a refund.

Please note that orders placed using promotional or discount codes cannot be modified or cancelled for the purpose of applying new promotions. Please refer to the Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes section below for more details.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will assist you.


Coupon, Promo, and Discount Codes

  • Discount, promo, or coupon codes cannot be applied to prior, existing, or pending orders.
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order, unless otherwise stated.
