WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

At the moment, we operate three warehouses located in China and the United States. Footwear is dispatched from our China warehouse, while other apparel items may be shipped from either China or the US.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. However, due to postal service limitations, we are unable to deliver to military zones and certain small countries. If your address is in one of these areas, we will notify you.

Shipping costs depend on the total value of your order:

– Orders of $100.00 USD or more: Free shipping
– Orders below $100.00 USD: $5.99 USD worldwide

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES?

We are not responsible for customs charges after the items have been shipped. By purchasing from us, you agree that your order may be delivered in one or more packages and may be subject to customs duties when it arrives in your country.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping to the USA and Canada

– Order processing time: 3–5 days
– Standard shipping time: 2–3 weeks

Note: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive within 25 days.

Shipping to other countries

– Order processing time: 3–5 days
– Standard shipping time: 2–4 weeks

Note: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive within 30 days.

Please note that PayPal orders marked as pending may require an additional week for verification and processing.

During periods of high shipping demand, holidays, festivals, natural disasters, strikes, demonstrations, or other unexpected events, delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SHOWS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE.”

For some carriers, it can take 2–5 business days for tracking details to appear in the system. If your tracking number still shows no updates after 5 days, please reach out to us.

WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was selected.
